Lost 2.5 pounds on my first week back on plan. It seems like such a small bit, but I know it's progress. Gaining 45 lbs being in grad school and working full time was no fun. Losing will be no fun, but skinny will definitely feel better than eating chocolate cake by the time it arrives.
Today, I''ll do a decent workout, as much as I can, and then head out to do Sunday errands. This weekend was amazing with hanging out with friends at an Irish bar all Friday night, and going out for Mexican last night (the chips here probably killed my little diet but they were too good to resist).
High of the Week: Having a blast at the Irish bar, and having drinks with a cool new guy...
Low of the Week: Seeing my ex at work, always a low haha. Just keeping my head up!
Surprise of the Week: Potential to stay at my job past my internship ending date...! Gotta get working on that!
Gym report: Dragged my butt to two strength training sessions, and three 30 minute treadmill runs....What got me to the gym? Wanting to look good by Spring and feel confident and calm down about all my school/work stress. Just gotta keep going!
Eating: Did so well during the week, weekend=absolute disaster on the evenings including tortilla chips, appletinis, and fries with chili
Back on track today. :) Going to go to the gym, buy healthy food, and organize my life!
